CoB Bid No. 2025-004:  South Avenue Park Project #4: Court Improvements & Restroom Facility (posted 3/6/2025, due 3/27/2025)

Project Description: Scope of work include the installation of 145 linear feet of 11-foot-high black vinyl coated chain link at the Basketball Court, 140 linear feet of segmental block retaining wall ranging from 1’ to 5’ exposed height, removal of existing timber retaining walls at the Basketball Court and Tennis Courts, preparation of foundation, utilities and sitework to support pre-engineered bathroom facility provided by City, and regrading and establishment of turf lawn area between athletic courts and South Avenue sidewalk located within South Avenue Park in the City of Beacon.

Submissions: Separate sealed bids will be received by the City of Beacon in City Hall at One Municipal Plaza, Beacon, New York, until 11:00 a.m. on March 27, 2025, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
