Shingle Creek Reserve and Bermuda Estates Subdivisions Gravity Sewer Rehabilitation

Project Description: The sewer rehabilitation work includes CCTV inspection of an estimated 114 6-inch laterals, trenchless rehabilitation of laterals with cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining or replacement of laterals as determined by the CCTV inspection, installation of 2,992 lineal feet of 8-inch CIPP liner, 231 lineal feet of 8-inch open cut point repairs (0-10 ft deep), coating 125 vertical feet of manholes with minimal deterioration, and associated restoration including pavement, driveway, curb and gutter, sidewalk, and land-scaping.
Shingle Creek Reserve and Bermuda Estates Subdivisions have been identified for roadway milling and resurfacing by the City of Kissimmee. The open cut repairs need to be completed prior to the City’s resurfacing project.
