This Invitation to Bid is for the upgrade/replacement of the existing EST3 Fire Alarm System at the Regional Training Institute (RTI), located on the Camp Blanding Joint Training Center in Starke, Florida. The current EST3 system will be upgraded to the EST4 panels and fiber connectivity will be established between seven RTI buildings.
