Project Description: The City of Victoria is seeking tenders from qualified fibre optic contractors to complete the Fibre Optic Installation - Traffic Signal Network project. The Work includes the supply, installation, termination, splicing, labelling, testing, and close-out documentation for the fibre cable installations identified in Appendix B and Appendix C
