Description View Changes
Amended to change NAICS Code. The required equipment is a high-reach telehandler powered by a turbo diesel engine rated at 160HP or greater, featuring a hydrostatic transmission and 4-wheel steering for mission-essential maneuverability. The unit must maintain a rated capacity of 10,000 pounds with a minimum lift height of 75 feet and a maximum load capacity at maximum reach of no less than 2,000 pounds. To ensure operational stability, the machine must have an operating weight of 43,000 pounds or greater and be equipped with foam-filled tires. For operator endurance and effectiveness in northern climates, the vehicle shall include an enclosed cab with integrated heat and air conditioning, an engine block heater, an adjustable suspension seat with armrests, and a tilt steering wheel. Control and precision are maintained through a single joystick with proportional controls, a precision lowering system, and remote boom controls. The equipment configuration must include a 60-inch carriage with 72-inch forks, a platform docking station, and an 8-foot fork-mounted work platform to support various lift requirements. For safety and compliance, load charts must be mounted in the cab for quick reference as well as an LED work light package. The unit must be fitted with IUID labels for asset tracking. Final delivery to Fort Drum, NY, must include all operator, service, and parts manuals. The unit must be fully assembled and operational at the time of delivery, with the factory warranty period commencing on the official date of delivery.
