BCFMA operates an on-premise data centre that utilises the VMWare as the main hypervisor platform. Since Broadcom’s acquisition of VMWare, they have discontinued VMWare’s perpetual licensing and moved to a subscription model. Broadcom has also limited Government or Government funded organisations to the following licensing limitations:

Government or Government funded organisations will be able to subscribe to the VMWare Cloud Foundation subscription only.
