Background

Prices must include shipping and delivery to Lea County Emergency Management in Hobbs.

The Emergency Management's decision regarding the quality and performance of the product is final. Products deemed to lack the quality desired will not be recommended for purchase. If, in the opinion of Emergency Management, a product does not have the quality specified or required, a change to the next lowest responsible bidder will be made.
