Project Description: Stage II Invitation to Bid
Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project.
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the referenced project:
Project Description: Remodel and upgrades to the existing fish hatchery facility including office upgrades, lighting changes, generator upgrades, RV pad installation, mechanical upgrades, radon mitigation, and window upgrades. No changes to the uses or building sizes. No occupant load changes.
Construction Cost Estimate: $346,789.00
