Project Description: State of Utah Division of Purchasing is the Issuing and Conducting Procurement Unit
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide a comprehensive range of accessibility products, installations, and ongoing maintenance to foster independence and mobility for Eligible Users in both their homes and communities
This RFP may result in multiple awards. To receive an award, a vendor must achieve a minimum technical score of 600 points and a combined total score (technical plus cost) of at least 750 points.
Length of Contract: 5 years.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for 1 year.
