Description
3.3 SCOPE OF WORK:
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:
¿ Site preparation, including grading and leveling.
¿ Construction of two standard-size tennis courts with appropriate surfacing and striping.
¿ Installation of fencing, wind screening, lighting, benches, and drainage systems.
¿ Provision and installation of tennis nets, posts, and other necessary equipment.
¿ Landscaping around the courts.
¿ Compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
