Market Research and Sources Sought Notice for information on capability and availability of potential contractors interested in proposing on a Firm Fixed Price Contract to Provide 2 Tracked Skid Steers for the Tennessee Tombigbee Waterway in Columbus, MS. The minimum technical specifications of the 2 Skid Steers are:
Cab/ROPS: Cab with AC, heater, window wipers, bluetooth radio with microphone, front &
rear led lights, polycarbonate cab door
Engine HP: 100-115
Ground Pressure (psi): tracks with less than 5.5 psi
Hydraulic Flow: 40-45 gal/min
Hydraulic Cooling: Roof mounted auxiliary hydraulic cooler
Travel Speed: 2 speed with max travel speed greater than 8 mph
Fuel Capacity: 55-60 gallons
Fire Suppression System: Fully functional fire suppression system
Cold Operation: 120V engine block heater & oil, hydraulics for cold operation
Land Management Package: Includes additional machine guarding (around driveline, turbo, tracks, etc) to keep
debri from entering machine.
