Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project.
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the referenced project:
Project Description: This project involves the design and construction of a new covered vehicle wash rack facility for the Utah National Guard at Camp Williams, featuring a 74’ x 81’ (5,994 SF) two-bay building with two pass-through and sediment bays (two Stage 1 and one Stage 2), alongside a 15’ x 37’ (555 SF) Pump House. To support year-round operations and prevent winter icing, the bays will incorporate an in-slab or overhead heating system paired with a frost-free water delivery network. Additionally, the project requires comprehensive civil engineering design to navigate significant site grade changes and safely relocate congested existing utilities.
Construction Cost Estimate: $2,850,000.00
