Description
The City of Los Angeles Emergency Management Department (EMD) Operations and Training Division seeks a Contractor to plan, design, and develop the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) Procedures Manual. Upon completion of this project, the City of Los Angeles will have a more manageable suite of Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) annexes and appendices in a succinct format containing only information specific to each hazard or function; a roadmap for future planning efforts; and a realistic maintenance plan to ensure updates and further development occur regularly
