Consent Decree- Major Gravity Sewer Link Capacity Restoration (Multiyear)

This project will seek to replace approximately 462 Water Valves ranging from 4" to 48" in diameters and to replace 100 Air Release Valves. The work also includes, but is not limited to installation, disinfection, and testing for leaks, repairs to existing valves; excavation in earth, rocks, concrete pavement, roads with different wearing surfaces, sidewalks, curbs & gutter, etc.; backfilling with appropriate base materials; seeding and straw, where applicable; and any other task required to make the work environment safe and clean.
