Agency Contract - Grounds Maintenance-VECTR Ctr.

Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (¿eRFQ¿) is being issued to establish an annual, renewable contract with one or more qualified supplier(s) who will provide an Agency Contract for Grounds Maintenance to Central Georgia Technical College (hereinafter, ¿the State Entity¿) as further described in this eRFQ.

The Technical College System of Georgia(TCSG) on behalf Central Georgia Technical College(CGTC) is seeking to enter into an agreement for Annual Grounds Maintenance Services at their Georgia Veterans Education Career Transition Resource (VECTR) Center located in Warner Robins, GA. Contractor will furnish all equipment, materials, supplies and labor to provide grounds and landscaping maintenance and services. MANDATORY PREBID CONFERENCE: Central Georgia Technical College will be hosting a Mandatory Pre-bid Conference at the VECTR Center location on August 20, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. EST to discuss the specifications associated with this project. Review the Mandatory Offerors Conference Announcement document attached to the Bid Notice for more details and meeting specifications.
