2026 Meriwether LMIG Phase II

Sealed BIDS for the 2026 Meriwether County LMIG Resurfacing Project Phase II will be received by Meriwether County at the Meriwether County Board of Commissioners Office located at 17234 Roosevelt Highway, Building B, Greenville GA 30222 until 11:00 AM, Local Time on July 9, 2026, and then at said office will be publicly opened and read aloud. The project includes the resurfacing and associated work of Alvaton Road from Hwy 85 to 2 miles west of Hwy 85 to Luthersville Road ¿ the total project mileage is approximately 3.5 miles. All roads will receive asphalt patching as required, leveling/ crack relief layer, and asphalt as final surface, striping, and shoulder building.

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 11:00 AM on June 18, 2026, at the Board of Commissioners¿ Office located 17234 Roosevelt Highway, Building B, Greenville GA 30222. Project scheduling, coordination requirements, and questions of interpretation will be addressed at this time.
