The City of Newberry, Florida (“Owner”) is inviting Firms to electronically submit sealed bids for
Request for Proposals 2026-04 (“RFP 2026-04”) City of Newberry Champions Park Fence Removal and
Installation projects.

Bids must be submitted by 2:00 PM EST, Thursday, April 2, 2026.

A mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Visit will be held:
 Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 10:30 AM EST
 Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 10:30 AM EST

Questions will be accepted through Tuesday, March 24, 2026, 2:00 PM EST. Bidders shall not contact employees of Owner regarding this RFP until after the Contract is awarded. For any technical issues, please contact Bid Express or City Purchasing Specialist.

Bids will be opened and read aloud at a virtual Public Bid Opening on Thursday, April 2, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST.

Public Evaluation of the proposal will be held at City Hall, Large Conference Room at 5:00 pm ET, Thursday, April 2, 2026.
