ODPS Drivers License/Identification Card System and Operations

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals for Contractors to provide design, implementation, and operation of the next-generation DL/ID System and Central Issuance solution. The solution will support secure credential origination, image capture, verification, card production, distribution, auditing, compliance, and post‑issuance management.

A couple items of note –
Chrome is the preferred browser for OhioBuys.

Only have a single window open that is logged into OhioBuys, having multiple windows opened to a single user can create an error, especially when trying to submit your proposal.
