Tracy High School - Football Field Scoreboard - 2026
Bid Instructions and Conditions
This Contract is subject to prequalification. If a bidder is not prequalified to bid on the Contract, Owner will not
accept the bid. Any subcontractors listed by the bidder for Work requiring C-7, C-10, C-16, C-34, or C-36
licenses must have current prequalified status with the Owner. The application for prequalification must be
submitted to the Owner by the date specified in the application. The prequalification application may be
obtained from the Owner.
Summary of Work:
The installation of a new scoreboard, supporting structure and related electrical and site work;
and all work included in plans and specifications.

Contract Documents will be available on or after May 7, 2026, and may be downloaded from the District's website,
https://www.tracy.k12.ca.us/departments/facilities, using the Current Bid Projects tab. In addition, Contract
Documents are available for bidders' review at the following builders' exchanges:

Bids will be accepted via mail or hand delivered no later than May 21, 2026, at 2:00 PM at the District Education
Center, 1875 W. Lowell Ave., Tracy, CA 95376 - Attn: Facilities Department
Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held May 18, 2026 at 10:00 AM at Tracy High School, 315 E. 11th
Street, Tracy, CA 95376; interested contractors can download the full Project Manual/Plans from the Tracy
Unified School District Facilities Development Departments website

order to be placed on the Project Plan Holders List. Only those bidders who attend this conference will have
their bids considered for award.
Schedule: Construction Forty (40) Calendar Days from construction start to close-out/completion.
License: Class B contractor license. The bidder must be properly licensed by the California Contractors' State
License Board.
Bonds & Insurance: Required.
Prevailing Wage: Required.
Registration with DIR: Required.
Award of Agreement/Rejection of Bids: The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
