Description
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Airdrie (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a Call Centre Solution & Telephone Replacement, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
Vendors must be registered on the City of Airdrie's no-cost MERX portal to obtain competition documents. Competition documents are to be obtained from MERX only. Responses must be submitted through MERX at www.merx.com . Responses that are not submitted through MERX will result in a non-compliant bid. Amendments to the associated notice, including amended documents, plans and specifications will be issued on MERX. No further information will be posted on APC
