Project Description: A. The locations of the work are: Hubbard Avenue from Foothill Drive to Conner Street, Conner Street from Sunnyside Avenue to Hubbard Avenue, Wolcott Street from South Temple to 100 South, Fairfax Road from Virginia Street to Alta Street, Alta Street from Fairfax Road to Federal Heights Drive, Ramona Avenue from Lake Street to 800 East, Hodges Lane from 400 North to 600 West, Cannon Oaks Street from north end to south end, Cannon Oaks Place from Cannon Oaks Street to 900 West, Omni Drive from Livingston Avenue to Country View Drive, Coventry View Drive from Star Crest Drive to Omni Drive, Livingston Avenue from Star Crest Drive to Omni Circle, Mandalay Road from Lieutenant Road to Morton Drive, 1300 North from Morton Drive to Redwood Road, Miami Road from New York Drive to Independence Boulevard, Miami Road from Independence Boulevard to Dale Ridge Avenue, Dale Ridge Avenue from Morton Drive to Newton Park Street, in Salt Lake City.
B. The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services and appurtenances indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work generally includes but is not limited to: roadway improvements: curb and gutter, asphalt milling, asphalt paving and concrete flatwork.
