School Re-Roofing Project
North Summit School District
North Summit West Wing of the High School 111 East 100 South, Coalville, Utah 84017
Introduction
The North Summit School District is requesting proposals from qualified roofing contractors for the removal and replacement of the roof at North Summit High School, located at 111 East 100 South Coalville, Utah. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit competitive bids from experienced contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services required for a complete reroofing of the facility.
Project Overview
• Project Location: West Wing of the High School
• Scope: Complete removal of existing roofing materials and installation of a new roofing system, including insulation, flashing, drip edge, drainage components, and warranty. Soffit and fascia will be included as well.
• Roof Area: Approximately 22,000 square feet.
• Type of Roof: Sloped
• Expected Start Date: July 1, 2026
• Expected Completion Date: August 1, 2026
