Headquarters Department of the Army, Office of the Chief Information Officer has a requirement to establish an Army Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) contract for Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) VMware by Broadcom software licenses and technical software in support of Information Technology (IT) Network operations. This requirement is to purchase VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) Enterprise and VCF Edge Bundle Stock Keeping Unit software packages, related licenses, and associated support as a sole source, single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.
Army Contracting Command-Rock Island intends to award this effort sole source to Carahsoft Technology, Corp in accordance with the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B), only one responsible source and no other suppliers or services will satisfy agency requirements, this requirement is available from only one source. This requirement will include a one-year base ordering period and four additional one-year ordering periods. The anticipated award date is on or before 10 January 2025.
