This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is a Request by Chandos Construction Ltd (Chandos, CCL), to prospective subcontractors for the construction of the BC Housing project located at 1636 Clark Drive and 1321 – 1395 East 1 st Avenue, Vancouver, BC.
In this Request for Proposal (“RFP”), The BC Housing is acting just assisting the company is posting the Tender to reach more bidders for the project. All evaluation, responses, and addendum will be managed directly by Chandos Construction Ltd.
For the purposes of this procurement process, the Bidders “Contact” at Chandos, CCL will be:
Proposals in response to this RFP must be submitted via email to the contact described above.
Proposals delivered electronically should have the Proponent’s name clearly identifiable and should include the RFP’s title (as set out on the cover page) in the subject line.
