REAL PROPERTY ANALYSIS & TRANSACTION SERVICES

The County of Orange, County Procurement Office (hereinafter referred to as “County”), is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (hereinafter referred to as “Respondents”) for Real Property Analysis & Transaction Services . Respondents must meet the minimum qualifications and requirements as set forth within the RFP and be capable of providing services identified in the Scope of Work herein.

The County is seeking to retain qualified licensed commercial real estate brokerage firms to provide the County with Professional Supplemental Real Property Services on an as needed basis, as specified for a particular work assignment. This Professional Services will consist of Analysis & Transaction Services (hereinafter referred to “Service Category”). Such services shall be in compliance with all applicable laws, including federal, state, county and County of Orange policy.
