The City of Newark, Division of Water and Wastewater provides water, wastewater, and stormwater services to approximately 50,000 residents within the City of Newark. The City of Newark requests firms submit proposals (RFP) for upgrading its current Customer Information System (CIS) used for Water, Sewer and Stormwater billing, service orders and customer payments.
