Decatur Oakhurst Recreation Center Roof Coating

The City of Decatur will receive sealed bids for the Decatur Oakhurst Recreation Center Roof Coating, Decatur, Georgia 30030, until 10:00 am, November 5, 2025, at that time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at City of Decatur City Commission Room. This work project includes the installation of a silicone roof coating on the Oakhurst Recreation Center located at 450 East Lake Drive, Decatur, Georgia 30030.

The proposals must be delivered by the deadline to the City Manager¿s Office on the 2nd Floor of the Decatur City Hall, (509 North McDonough Street, Decatur, GA 30030) and shall be marked ¿Sealed Bid for Decatur Oakhurst Recreation Center Roof Coating¿ The bidder must submit three (3) copies of their proposal with one marked original.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting onsite is scheduled for 10:00AM, October 22, 2025, at Legacy Park located at 500 South Columbia Drive, Decatur, GA 30030. Any questions regarding bids and/or misunderstandings that may arise from this proposal should be submitted, via email and should be directed to Felix Floyd, Assistant Public Works Director, at felix.floyd@decaturga.com, no later than October 24, 2025, at 3:00PM.
