6-INCH HIGH PRESSURE GAS MAIN IMPROVEMENTS

The City of Eatonton (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:

6-inch High Pressure Gas Main Improvements

Project Number: 220278

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Eatonton City Hall located at 201 N. Jefferson Avenue, Eatonton, Georgia until November 6, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The Project consists of the installation of approximately 11,200 linear feet of 6-inch high pressure steel gas main. The work also consists of trenched and untrenched installation, line valves, connections, and other related appurtenances.

Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.

No proposal will be considered unless it is accompanied by satisfactory evidence that the Bidder holds a Georgia State Utility Contractor¿s License, in compliance with Act. O.C.G.A. 43¿14 and 43-41. Failure to provide the bidder¿s license or qualification number on the outside of the sealed proposal will result in rejection of the bid. Bidder shall also be a current subscriber to the Subscribed Regulatory Compliance Service (SRCS)
