Description


Sealed proposals for construction of Northeast Downtown Watermain Replacement, Phase II will be received until Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at 10:00 AM. Bids must be submitted electronically at QuestCDN.com. No paper submissions will be allowed. Any proposal received after said time and date will not be considered by the Owner. No proposal may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of proposals for a period of sixty (60) days.

SCOPE OF WORK
The Contractor must furnish the labor and materials necessary to install approximately 1,900 LF of 10¿ water main, 100 LF of 6¿ water main, and all valves, fittings, bores, service transfers and other appurtenances necessary for complete installation. See Division B scope for specifics of what materials the City shall provide. All other materials shall be provided by contractors for Division A.
Time allotted for completion of work on Division A is 90 consecutive calendar days. All Work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications. The Work will be awarded in two (2) Contracts.

The fee to download the digital documents is $150.00 payable through the website. There will be a $45.00 fee to submit the proposal online. Proposals must be submitted electronically at QuestCDN.com.
