Bayard Street Culvert Improvement Project
Replacement of the existing submerged stone arch culvert from Center Street Pond to Seneca River Canal with a new precast concrete box culvert (8'x8') and drop structure (8'x12'). Work includes concrete and stone demolition, excavation, site work and restoration, cast in place concrete, segmental block walls, road reconstruction, cofferdams, and bypass pumping systems
