Project Description: The City of Jefferson, herein referred to as City, invites interested, qualified individuals or firms, herein referred to as proposers, bidders, contractors, etc., to develop a Comprehensive Transit and Mobility Study. This study will evaluate JEFFTRAN operations, explore diverse mobility options, and provide short- and long-term recommendations.
