50        West Elm, Porto Collection Outdoor Dining Chair Cushion Cover, Sunbrella Cast, Charcoal
Color, SKU 157880, per the attached Technical Specifications.

Special Instructions

1. Vendor shall furnish and deliver (inside delivery) furniture and cushions specified
herein. Quotation shall include all transportation and inside delivery charges to F.O.B.
destination, forklift rental (if necessary), insurance premiums, warranty costs,
administrative support costs, expediting fees, all applicable fees and taxes, and all
incidental and related materials and work required for a complete working product.

3. To be eligible for award, vendor must be HCE compliant. See attached Technical
Specifications for requirements.

4. No substitutions allowed.
