Project Description: The City seeks to hire a qualified CM/GC to guide the City through the pre-construction phase and construction of a new Public Works West Side Facility and a new Public Works Water Annex Facility located within the existing Public Works yard described within the RFP Document. The City anticipates the CM/GC will provide pre-construction and construction services in conjunction with the Architect's design team lead. The CM/GC shall work proactively with the Architect and the City to design a project within the approved construction budget.
There is a mandatory pre-proposal meeting on May 26, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at the City of South Jordan Public Works Building on 10996 S. Redwood Road, South Jordan, Utah.
Proposals will be received until the closing date and time listed on Bonfire, the State of Utah’s Procurement website. All proposals shall be submitted online at Bonfire. It is the sole responsibility of the BIDDER to submit the Bid before the scheduled time. Any questions regarding how to use the Bonfire program, including how to submit a bid, download and upload documents, etc. please contact support.bonfire@eunasolutions.com.
To access the State of Utah's procurements online, you must register as a vendor on the BONFIRE website, https://utah.bonfirehub.com/ . The City reserves the right to award this bid in full or in part.

The City reserves the right to reject any proposal if the City believes that it would not be in the best interest of the project or the City. Without limitation, such rejection may be because the proposal is not responsive, or the bidder is unqualified or of doubtful ability or the Bid or Bidder fails to meet any other pertinent standard or criteria established by the City, as solely determined by City.
