The purpose of this RFQ is to select a qualified vendor to lease, deliver, install, and maintain propane storage tanks to support the emergency boiler dual fuel system at the Good Samaritan Society West Village. The propane system will function as part of the emergency backup infrastructure and must ensure reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance at all times
