Edgefield County Government is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the thorough cleaning and sanitizing of all ductwork within the Edgefield County Courthouse.
Scope of Work:
- Clean and sanitize all HVAC ductwork throughout the Edgefield County Courthouse.
- Total structure size: approximately 18,000 square feet.
- Contractors must provide documentation of all products to be used.
- Work should be scheduled to minimize disruption to courthouse operations.
Bid Requirements:
- Provide a detailed plan and timeline for the cleaning and sanitizing process.
- Specify all equipment, products, and methods that will be used.
