Courthouse Duct Cleaning

Edgefield County Government is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the thorough cleaning and sanitizing of all ductwork within the Edgefield County Courthouse.

Scope of Work:

• Clean and sanitize all HVAC ductwork throughout the Edgefield County Courthouse.
• Total structure size: approximately 18,000 square feet.
• Contractors must provide documentation of all products to be used.
• Work should be scheduled to minimize disruption to courthouse operations.

Bid Requirements:

• Provide a detailed plan and timeline for the cleaning and sanitizing process.
• Specify all equipment, products, and methods that will be used.
• Include proof of insurance, relevant licenses/certifications, and company qualifications.
• Bids must be itemized and include all labor, materials, and any additional fees.
• Warranty information on workmanship and products must be provided.
