Synopsis:
|
|
Sealed Bids will be received by RMIS Engineering (RMIS) for a roof replacement tender. The work will include for the removal of approximately 6,675 ft2 (620 m2) of existing BUR roof system and the installation of a new SBS roof system. The bids shall be stipulated sum. Partial or incomplete bids will not be accepted. Limited unit price work is included. The Work is anticipated to begin upon award; the completion date is August 19, 2026. A mandatory on-site review of the project for all interested Bidders has been set for 11:00AM on Tuesday, April 28, 2026. Bidders must attend in order for their bid to be considered. RMIS reserves the right to reschedule the time and date of the review. For questions, contact engineering@rmiseng.ca. Hard copies of bids will not be accepted. Contractors are not to attend RMIS Engineering offices at this time. All bids and amendments must be received by email to engineering@rmiseng.ca prior to 2:00 PM Local Time, Tuesday, May 12, 2026. Bids turned in after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened privately.
