Should a Bidder find discrepancies in, or omissions from the drawings, specifications or other Contract Documents, or should Bidder be in doubt as to the meaning and intent, Bidder should notify the City at once and obtain clarification prior to submitting a bid. The submission of a bid by Bidder shall be conclusive evidence that the Bidder is fully acquainted and satisfied as to the character, quality and quantity of work to be performed and materials to be furnished.
