Demolition of Shop

The R.M. of Scott No. 98 is looking for bidders to provide for the following:

The demolition of a shop and site clearing located at 105 Brome Street, Yellow Grass, SK.

Remove all debris, material and concrete remaining on site.

All debris to be hauled to closest landfill that accepts demolition materials. The R.M. of Scott No. 98 does not have one.

The void created from the removal of the foundation/basement shall be filled with dirt/clay and compacted. The R.M. shall be notified before the backfill starts to ensure all debris has been removed.

Level the lot to grade.

Tender to include landfill fees.

If the office is closed, there is a drop box that can be utilized.

Tenders to be submitted by May 29, 2026 by 4:00 p.m.

Please note that the R.M. Office is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday to the public.
