The Livingston County Board of Supervisors and the Community Initiatives Council is requesting proposals from incorporated agencies to subcontract services to enable low-income persons to attain the skills, knowledge, and resources necessary to help them secure opportunities needed for economic stability. Proposals will be received by Livingston County at the Livingston County Government Center, 6 Court St., Room 302, Geneseo, New York until 4:00 p.m. August 28, 2026 in accordance with the proposal documents.
