Water and Wastewater Systems Master Plan

Town of Appomattox -Town of Appomattox, VA

The Town of Appomattox is requesting proposals from qualified consulting firms to develop a comprehensive Water and Wastewater Master Plan (WWMP). This WWMP will guide the future development, operations, maintenance, and expansion of the wastewater system and the water system, to meet the areaâs needs over future years. The WWMP shall include a rate study, identification of capacity constraints, analysis of system condition, prioritization of replacement and rehabilitation needs and recommendations for a prioritized capital improvement program (CIP) for the near-term, medium-term and long-term planning period.A contract awarded under this RFP is subject to the terms and conditions of the Virginia Public Procurement Act, Va. Code §2.2-4300, et seq. (Town Code § 2-446).The Town intends to award a single contract under this solicitation. Offerors must have the capabilities to provide services for all the specialty areas of the approved scope of work. Consultant teams may also be formed to provide those services.
