NOTICE: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

RFP #26-18

The City of Galveston is accepting sealed proposals on a contract for Main WWTP Bio Solids Replacement.  Sealed proposals shall be uploaded to the Purchasing Division online portal for solicitation submittals.

There will be a pre-proposal conference on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at the following location:

Public Works Building – Training Room

3015 Market Street

Galveston, TX

Solicitation submittals will be received until 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 9,2026 and opened immediately in that office.  Any response received after that time will not be considered. Click the link below to upload your submittal.
