Solicitation Summary
Wor-Wic Community College has been awarded a five-year grant through the U.S. Department of Education Disability Innovation Fund (DIF): Creating a 21st Century Workforce of Youth and Adults with Disabilities. The college’s project falls within Topic Area 3: Justice-Involved Youth with Disabilities--Early Intervention and Reintegration from the Juvenile Justice System to the Community, Leading to Competitive Integrated Employment (CIE). Refer to Attachment A for the full project details and expectations of the external evaluator.
The external evaluator shall work with Wor-Wic Community College and the U.S. Department of Education to develop and refine an evaluation plan, data collection, analysis and reporting. The evaluation processes will include formative and summative evaluation strategies and incorporate quantitative and qualitative data. External evaluation activities may be performed in-person, virtually, or in a hybrid format.
