BRIDGE INSPECTION ACCESS EQUIPMENT AND MAINTENANCE AND PROTECTION OF TRAFFIC SERVICES FOR NBIS INSPECTIONS OF 1 PENNDOT DISTRICT 8-0 STATE-OWNED BRIDGE SPRING AND FALL 2025 22023-2025.002

Project Description: You are invited to provide a bid on Contract “A” and/or Contract “B” to provide bridge inspection access equipment and maintenance and protection of traffic services for the inspections of one (1) State-Owned Bridge in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. Bids shall be on a unit price basis.
Contract “A” – Provide Bridge Inspection Access Equipment and Maintenance and Protection of Traffic Services (62’ crane).
Contract “B” – Provide Bridge Inspection Access Equipment and Maintenance and Protection of Traffic Services (75’ crane).
The Work is anticipated to begin in April 2025 for both contracts and end in November 2025. Weekend work will be avoided when possible but may be required.
SAI Consulting Engineers, Inc. will receive Bids electronically via the PennBid Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) until 11:00 a.m. prevailing time on February 5, 2025. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. The Bid documents are available at no cost via the PennBid Program. The completed, signed bid forms and required attachments must be uploaded to the PennBid site in pdf file format. The total bid prices for each contract must also be entered into PennBid.
