Project Description: Palmer Township is requesting proposals from qualified firms with experience in environmental engineering, civil engineering, architecture, planning, and/or design for the preparation of a Northwood Avenue Site Reuse Study. Interested consultants shall submit documentation substantiating their qualifications to perform the services required. The scope of the project is to provide environmental site assessments, infrastructure assessments, and site reuse assessments, and develop a final document from the findings.
