Project Description: Charlotte Water is seeking a vendor for ISO certification registrar services. Charlotte Water is committed to continuous improvement and currently maintains an ISO 14001:2015 certified Environmental Management System (EMS) administered by the Environmental Management Division and an ISO 9001:2015 certified Quality Management System (QMS) administered by the Customer Service Division. The EMS and QMS are NOT integrated and function independently of each other including invoicing, audit scheduling, and points of contact.
