Project Description: Sealed bids will be received online by North Wales Water Authority via PennBid until 11:00 A.M. prevailing time on May 7, 2026, at which time they will be opened online and publicly posted via PennBid for:
YORKSHIRE MEADOWS ARSENIC FILTERS (G-010)
CONTRACT #520-26-03
The project consists of furnishing and installing a new arsenic filtration system and demolishing the existing system in the existing Yorkshire Meadows well house in Solebury Township, Bucks County, PA.

Non-mandatory site visit are scheduled for April 27, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. and April 30, 2026 at 1:00 P.M. at 73 Avon Lane, New Hope, PA 18938.
Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn to the order of North Wales Water Authority, or a Bid Bond in favor of North Wales Water Authority in the amount of 10% of the bid price. Said check or bond shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
The work in connection with this project constitutes a Public Works by a Public Body under Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Bidders are advised that prevailing minimum wage rates, promulgated by the Pennsylvania Secretary of Labor, must be paid to workmen employed on this project.
No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days of the date of the bid opening.
The North Wales Water Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bidding informalities.
