Project Description: The Department of Community and Economic Development for the City of Chester (Delaware County, PA) is in search of third-party firm(s)/agencies to provide assistance for both PERMIT and NON-PERMIT services for commercial/residential construction/property related services.
This includes but is NOT limited to:
UCC plan reviews;
Commercial and residential inspections (i.e., Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Tenant, Training City Staff, etc.);
Non-permit related services such as Asbestos Testing/Removal/Remediation, Lead Testing/Removal/Remediation, etc.;
Consulting Services (i.e., storm water, zoning, health/food code compliance, etc.);
The City welcomes bids from firms who provide one, two, multiple, all, or more of these types of related services. This is NOT an individual contractor opportunity - bidders must be a firm, agency, or company.
