Description

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award fixed-price purchase order on a single source basis to SiteImprove Inc., 5600 W 83rd St Ste 500, Minneapolis, MN 55437. The SEC requires a subscription to a hosted service to conduct quality assurance scans of the SEC.gov website and prepare reports of issues it discovers. This action is being processed as a single source because the Contracting Officer has determined that SiteImprove Inc. is the only source that can reasonably meet the SEC’s requirement in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b).

The SEC intends to award a purchase order to SiteImprove Inc. on or about August 1, 2025. The period of performance for the purchase order is anticipated to be one (1) base year with three (3) one (1) year options. The total value of the order shall be below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties who believe they can meet this requirement must submit clear and convincing documentation demonstrating their capabilities. Responses must be received by response date of this notice to be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
