2026 Trench Drain Replacement Project - Manchester, MO

The City of Manchester hereby gives notice that sealed bid proposals for the 2026 TRENCH DRAIN REPLACEMENT PROJECT will be received by the City of Manchester, Missouri, at the City Hall, 14317 Manchester Road, until 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday September 15, 2026. All bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at that time. Bids received after said time will be returned unopened.

All bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and shall be clearly marked, "2026 TRENCH DRAIN REPLACEMENT PROJECT".

The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities in bidding, to negotiate with any or all bidders or others for more favorable or additional terms or prices, and to accept the bid most advantageous to the City.
